Advertising CEO Byron E. Lewis Sr. was born on December 25, 1931 in Newark, New Jersey. He is the founder of UniWorld Group, Inc., the oldest multicultural advertising agency in the USA and also the American Black Film Festival, formerly known as the Acapulco Black Film Festival.
Thanks to the leadership and brilliance of Mr. Lewis, during the past 40 years UniWorld has won huge advertising accounts with companies like AT&T, Burger King, Ford Motor Company, Mars Candy-Three Musketeers, Colgate-Palmolive and The Home Depot, among many others. In 2012, Mr. Lewis retired from UniWorld and became the agency's Chairman Emeritus.
