    The title caught my attention. I think your advice would be very helpful especially to those small business who just started using social as medium of communication with their customers. It’s essential that we also know the limitations in using social media. Thanks.

  2. Great points! Attorneys in particular need to keep in mind that misleading testimonials may violate the rules of professional conduct and result in State Bar disciplinary action. Each state has it’s own rules regarding what is and what is not permissible, but here are three troublesome areas for attorney testimonials: using actors to pose as clients, using endorsements relating to a specific result or outcome in a case, or comparison of the lawyer’s services to another lawyer’s.

    I agree, that’s a catchy title. We usually say is what we don’t know can’t hurt us. However when it comes to social media, we say otherwise. Transparency is one good factor that can greatly affect your business or company’s social media status. Thanks for this great article!
