Tasha Cooper Coleman is an attorney, speaker, social marketing strategist and published author. As the CEO of Upward Action® and a nationally recognized thought-leader in the area of social marketing, she has helped thousands create measurable results by engaging and influencing people via social media.

She has lectured on social marketing, entrepreneurship and the power of personal branding for clients that include the DC Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, NASA, Wall Street Project Economic Summit, United Negro College Fund Special Programs, Rutgers University, Levin Institute Kauffman FastTrac Programs, Hampton University, Women in Communications, New Jersey Small Business Development Centers, Vicinity Media Group and New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.

Tasha has been named a top 100 urban entrepreneur and has been awarded for her work by the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and New Jersey Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC). Tasha has appeared in publications that include Woman 2 Woman Business and Black Enterprise. She has also graced the cover of inBiz magazine.

When Tasha is not working directly with clients or speaking around the country, she enjoys meditation, yoga and spoken word. She calls herself a budding poet.

Tasha graduated from Hampton University with honors and Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She was trained as an executive coach at Coach U.
