Strategic AI Governance & Risk Advisor | Building Trust Infrastructure for the Age of AI Agents
The “Wild West” of AI is over. The era of AI Governance has begun.
As organizations move from experimental Chatbots to autonomous Agentic AI, the risk profile has shifted exponentially. Boards and Executive Teams are no longer asking “Can we use AI?”—they are asking, “How do we govern this without inviting liability, leaking data, or eroding trust?”
This is where I come in.
I am a Strategic AI Governance Advisor and Risk Architect who helps organizations bridge the gap between “move fast” innovation and “stay safe” compliance. I partner with Boards, General Counsels, and C-Suites to build the “Trust Infrastructure” required to scale AI adoption safely.
What Sets Me Apart: While others offer generic advice, I bring a “Safety-First” architectural approach honed by over 16 years of managing high-stakes risk for systemically important financial institutions.
My expertise lies in operationalizing complex frameworks—including NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and ABA Formal Opinion 512 turning abstract regulations into practical business advantages.
My Professional Background: I am a business attorney and certified privacy executive (AIGP, CIPM) with a career spanning Wall Street, corporate in-house counsel for a luxury brand (Movado Group), and senior regulatory leadership. Formerly serving as a Senior Agency Official for Privacy and Chief Privacy Officer, I have a proven track record of modernizing data governance programs, leading financial crimes mitigation, and managing crisis response for multi-billion dollar portfolios.
In 2025, I transitioned from the public sector to focus exclusively on helping private-sector leaders navigate the “Governance Gap.” I do not just advise on strategy; I design the internal oversight committees and human-in-the-loop protocols that protect your brand and the trust of your clients and stakeholders. Please note that I provide strategic AI governance consulting and risk frameworks. I do not provide legal advice or attorney-client representation.
Current Focus: I speak and advise on AI Governance, Agentic AI Liability, and Strategic Risk Management.
My mission is to empower leaders to become strategic voices who understand that in the age of AI, Trust is the new currency and Governance Infrastructure is the blueprint for scale.
