What Is Your Business Missing? - Check Out Our Favorite Blogs to Find Out

by PowerUp on December 18, 2007

Blogging has increasingly become the new must have business accessory.  As a result, lots of lawyers, entrepreneurs and other folks have become bloggers for the sake of blogging,  regardless of whether they have anything interesting or useful to contribute to our collective community.    So … as an early Christmas gift,  I have compiled a list of my favorite business and professional development blogs.  Here goes …

1.   Seth Gordin’s blog gives fabulous business insight in the form of short posts inspired by happenings in everyday life.   Seth is also the author of The Dip: A Little Book That Teaches You When to Quit (and When to Stick), a book I LOVE.

2.  Keith Ferrazzi’s blog provides great tips about networking and building relationships.  He is the author of Never Eat Alone: And Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time, a book that provides wonderful information about building relationships.

3.  Tuned Into Business is a great blog by Michelle Anton, a noted producer.  This blog provides an interesting analysis on T.V. shows that focus on entrepreneurship.

4.  Making It Legal is a smart business-oriented legal blog that provides really useful information about the intersection of law and business as well as insight about best practices for businesses from a lawyer’s point of view.   I especially appreciate this blog because I am an entrepreneurial lawyer and business woman.

5.  Copyblogger is absolutely one of my FAVORITE blogs.   I have learned a great deal about the business and art of blogging from this “writter’s blog”.  Many thanks to Brian Clark for sharing such powerful information.

6.  The Vestpocket Consultant is certainly a must read blog.  Be sure to check out this blog by Rosalind Resnick from time to time.  You will pick up valuable tips to accelerate your business success in every post.

7.  The Wonderful Web Women blog and online community provides really practical information designed to help you maximize the impact of your online business activities.  In the span of only 4 or so months, Janet Becker has managed to provide really powerful resources for women.   We are a part of this community and we LOVE it.   Kudos to you Janet!

So, there you have it … my favorite business and professional development blogs.   Check them out and come back to let us know what you think.

Until next time … Take GREAT CARE!

PS -   We hope you check out the books mentioned above and let us know what you think …
