Wednesday Inspiration #5

Here’s hoping that yesterday was a most blessed Christmas Day for you and your loved ones!

Today’s title is a bit of a cliche, I know … however, it is designed to help you think deeper about the make-up of your business and life teams.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Successful teams have multiple players who are responsible for different positions.   Each player brings an important and unique skill to the game.

Today’s Coaching Exercise

Spend 10 or so minutes thinking about the members of your business (or life) team.   Is each person bringing a needed skill to your team?   Is there enough diversity in the skills and contributions of your team’s players?   Where is your team lacking in experience or expertise?

Draft new team players if necessary to strengthen your business and/or personal weaknesses.

Reassign and/or politely retire team members as necessary to build up your powerful, successful team.   Remember, diversity of strengths is key.  And,  no successful team is comprised of only players with the same skills … .

Until next time … Take GREAT Care!

Nice statement “Teamwork makes the Dream Work.” This statement applies to all kinds of relationship we have, be it business, friendship, husband-and-wife relationship etc. Each skill contributed by a team member is important to achieve what is needed to achieve. Teamwork builds a strong team, as it builds dreams and goals.
