Biography of Tasha (TC) Cooper Coleman.
Tasha (TC) Cooper Coleman, Esq. is the CEO of Upward Action LLC (“UpwardAction®”), a brand development, strategic planning and digital marketing agency. She is internationally recognized as a personal and business branding, social media marketing and business development strategist.
As an attorney for more than a decade, Coach TC’s unique combination of business and legal backgrounds fuels her ability to help clients build business-generating initiatives. Delivering dynamic keynotes and interactive workshops are her specialty. Coach TC’s workshops have helped her audiences (i) discover their unique promise of value (aka “personal brand”) and (ii) develop authentic, compelling personal marketing plans.
Coach TC speaks about “brand development” and “social media marketing” to firms, corporations and associations. She often writes about (i) building online presence, (ii) managing online perception and (iii) increasing influence in the marketplace. Coach TC has authored numerous articles on rainmaking, relationship management, personal and business branding, social media marketing and crowd conversion. In addition to her many articles and blog posts, she was a contributing author to the legal treatise Securities in the Electronic Age: A practical guide to law and regulation, 2nd edition published in 2000 by Glasser Legalworks (published under maiden name Tasha L. Cooper) and is the author of “Rainmaking Relationships: Building Lasting Connections Though Social Networks” scheduled for release in the Spring of 2010.
Coach TC was trained as a business coach at Coach University. She earned her law degree at Columbia University School of Law (NY), where she was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar, and her BA with honors at Hampton University (VA). She is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, American Bar Association, International Coaching Federation and the bars of the State of Georgia and the District of Columbia.
