Keep reading to learn what happens when you join our Social Media Manager program:

Step One: Social Marketing Assessment

Our Social Marketing Community Manager program starts with a social marketing assessment and strategy report. You will work with Tasha Cooper Coleman in two brainstorming session by telephone during which she will help you identify exactly how social marketing can help achieve your business goals and objectives.
Based on information learned from your brainstorming sessions, UpwardAction® will prepare a 5-8 page strategy report with our specific recommendations on five (5) “areas of focus” with the most potential for maximum results. This report will include a detailed step-by-step action plan.

Step Two: Social Marketing Management

UpwardAction® will manage three (3) social media accounts. Most clients, this includes a Facebook business page, private LinkedIn group and Twitter account. You can replace any of the accounts listed with Flick or YouTube.

As your social media community manager, UpwardAction® will provide you with four (4) original blog posts a month (approximately 500 words each). We will also spend 20 hours per month on a combination of the following projects:

1. Update your Facebook page with your recent blog posts.
2.Update your Twitter account with your recent blog posts.

3. Update your Facebook page with your upcoming events, awards, recognitions and community service.

4. Update your Twitter account with your upcoming events, awards, recognitions and community service.

5. Suggest industry articles, news and events to share on your social networks, including your private LinkedIn group for clients, prospective clients, industry leaders and colleagues.

6. Manage your Facebook business page by responding to comments and deleting spam messages. We’ll post several updates a week to encourage discussion and engagement.

7. Manage your Twitter account by deleting spam messages, notifying you of important direct messages that require your attention and retweeting (e.g., sharing/forwarding) information that is posted by your followers or other industry leaders. We’ll post up to 3 tweets per day to encourage discussion and engagement.

8. Create a private LinkedIn group for your business. We will then invite a combination of your clients, prospective clients, industry leaders and colleague to join your private LinkedIn group.

9. Manage your private LinkedIn group by posting links to your original content and links to relevant third party content. We will do this once a day to encourage discussion and engagement.

You can trust UpwardAction® to manage your social media accounts in a manner that honors the value and integrity of your business, law practice and brand.

Step Three: Virtual Strategy Sessions
Every month, you will have a 45-minute social marketing strategy session with Tasha Cooper Coleman by telephone. We’ll use this time to refine your social marketing plan of action and answer any questions.
